Delivery Info
To guarantee delivery, it is best to have your parcel sent to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.  We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

We use Australia Post for all our Australian domestic deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 4 hours.

If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to flag these, where required, on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time or if there is a problem with your order, please email us.

Delivery during sale period
Please note during heavy sale periods delivery times may be delayed by an extra 2-3 working days.
 
Australian Domestic Orders

Goddess charges a flat rate of $10 for standard delivery on all orders and $15 for express delivery within Australia. 

Express orders can take from 1-3 business days and standard orders can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. \
Order Tracking
For Australian Orders once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website. You will also be able to see the status of your order if you login to the website.
